At Tufli, we carefully prepare and ship each order to ensure your baby’s products arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only available payment method on our store. Payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will notify you accordingly.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout or communicated to you before delivery.

Any additional charges related to delivery will be clearly stated before your order is confirmed.

With Cash on Delivery:

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future order restrictions.

Please ensure that your shipping details, including address and phone number, are accurate at checkout.

Tufli is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
