Returns & Refunds Policy
At Tufli, we take great care in creating products intended for babies and growing children. Due to the nature of baby care products, our return policy is designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.

Returns
We accept return requests within 7 to 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The product must be in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used baby care products cannot be returned.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
• Opened or used baby care products
• Personal care items once unsealed
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or special-order items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired item.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may request a return or cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must:
• Be unused and unopened
• Be in their original packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used baby care products are not eligible for return, even within the 14-day period.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
